I help people navigate life's challenges.

I have experience working with clients who feel anxious, depressed, angry or stuck. Sometimes people decide to try therapy due to a significant loss or major life change, while others are sad and unsatisfied with life without a specific precipitating event. Many people I work with recognize that something isn’t working in their life and they’re ready to make a change, but not sure how.

I can help you process difficult emotions and find greater self-awareness.

Utilizing evidence-based treatment methods, mindfulness and the principals of neuroscience, I provide a safe and empathic space for reflection, support, insight and new perspectives.

Free 15 minute phone consultation for all prospective clients. I am currently seeing clients throughout California virtually.

Call or Text (310) 600-8607 to share what you’re going through and determine if I’m the right fit for you.
